Monthly Service Charges

The monthly charges are established by the HomeOwners’ Association (HOA) at the start of each fiscal year. The annual budgeted costs for maintaining the common areas and facilities are apportioned to each unit on a square footage basis.

Typically the expenses included in this budget are – building insurance, electricity and water for the pools, management, gardening & maintenance, reserve fund for exterior repainting, gym equipment fund, garbage removal, night security, elevator maintenance, fire alarm system external monitoring.

While the annual budget depends on decisions taken by the HOA, we have estimated the monthly fees, based on our experience and on costs at October 2019, as follows (in US$) :

How To Buy A Unit

  1. Choose your Unit, after reviewing all the information provided by us.
  2. Advise us of the name and contact information of your attorney-at-law.
  3. Our attorney will send your attorney the draft legal documents and our invoice showing the purchase price.
  4. Sign the purchase agreement and pay 10% deposit.
  5. Your attorney and ours will then complete the sale legally, you will pay the balance due and you will receive freehold title to your Unit.
